Ok, I think I got it. All the campaigns in the sandbox have been reset. I have created a new campaigns and now it is showing this new campaign. Plus I use Sandbox Account Viewer to check the data in the sandbox and where I used to have 100+ campaigns, it only show the one I have just created.
Maybe the sandboxes have been reset because of the 201008 release.
