Upon checking your attachment, the incident details you sent is related to 
AdManager and not Google Ads API. Could you confirm if you are still getting 
the transient internal error after retrying the request? If yes, then kindly 
provide us the complete request and response logs with the request ID and 
request header generated on your end for further investigation as mentioned in 
our previous response.

You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option. If this option is 
not available, then send it instead on this email address
