Hi team,
I have an issue with Google Ads API (Python SDK) that is very similar
to https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-api/c/1LWazdeLJNE.
Below is how the issue comes:
1. I use Python SDK to create a new audience segment (eg, "my_test11")
2. Add some users into this segment
3. Delete this segment with UserListService.mutate_user_lists
4. Search by search_stream method and in Portal, no such name found
5. Recreate a new segment with the same name ("my_test11") with SDK, then I
got following error:

Could you help investigate the reason and how should we resolve this issue?
