Hi, https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/rest/reference/rest/v13/customers.campaignConversionGoals/mutate I noticed that customers.campaignConversionGoals.mutate does not support responseContentType. Since most of the apis support responseContentType, the behavior is a little bit hard to handle.
Is there any auto-detected way to tell if an api does support responseContentType or not? I'm also interested in the reason why campaignConversionGoals/mutate doesn't support responseContentType.
