I'm very sorry, we can't find any information about the Case ID. If you 
know, can you guide me where to find it? Then, all our MCC advertising 
accounts are now completely healthy, and we hope you can help us 
communicate with Api team and apply for basic API permissions. Our request 
is for Google Advertising API, with the main plan being 1) Reporting 2)
