Hello team, We are currently using the managed_placement_view resource to fetch managed placements and are now looking at adding automatic placements by using the group_placement_view resource.
We have read that the managed_placement_view returns all of the metrics from placements that are manually managed. While group_placement_view does the same but for automatic placements. However when we query these resources for one of our customers we get almost the same number of impressions with a small difference (10 874 vs 10 852) but exactly the same amount of clicks for a specific campaign. The same pattern is appearing for all campaigns that we have tested (a handful). We thought that was strange so we did a query from the campaign resource which should include all of the impressions for the same campaigns as above. To our surprise the number of impressions was an exact match with the managed placement query. So our question is this: What does the number of impressions from the group placement view represent?
