Meaning by using the Google Ads API, you can get and manage the data that you are seeing in the UI. On the other hand, if this is related to the same report type, you may use the ad_group_ad reporting to check on you end the available resources, fields, segments, and metrics (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v13/ad_group_ad_query_builder).
