Hi I'm having trouble uploading conversions. We use the Google Ads API for upload conversions through a Java client and normally works fine. But we have one client where we are having both results, OK and INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION while trying to upload conversions with the same client configuration. My understanding was that the INVALID_CONVERSION_ACTION while result when the conversion action is wrong configured or it doesn't exists. But, how can it be both results at the same time? The ratio OK/error is about 1.2/100
