With regards to your concern, when retrieving data in the Google Ads API, you will only be able to pull the data if you are using the Client Customer ID in your request header. Kindly note that you are able to see data in the MCC account, however this is not possible on the Google Ads API. With that being said, upon checking the screenshot you provided, it seems that the CID shown is a manager account ID. Can you confirm if you are using the MCC ID of 6556057796 to send requests in API? If so, then I would recommend using the Client customer ID of the data you want to retrieve and then specify the MCC ID as the login-customer-id in your request headers, without the hyphen(-). Let me know how this goes in your end.
