I want to retrieve information about advertising campaigns from Google Ads.
I followed the instructions to obtain the client_id, client_secret, and
refresh_token and made the API call, but encountered an error with
error_code { authorization_error: DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED } message:
'The developer token is only approved for use with test accounts. To access
non-test accounts, apply for Basic or Standard access.' }.
I applied for Basic access to the API over 2 weeks ago, but I'm still
encountering this error. Have I followed the correct process? I just want
to fetch information from Google Ads to create reports. Are there any other
alternatives?
