Just out of curiosity, why even bother with microcents if we can't post budget amounts with them in it?
Campaign Seattle has a new budget of 70340001 from 91320000 I mean, really.. 1 microcent is going to cause this issue. If you're only going to allow amounts accurate to a hundredth of a dollar, why not make budget amounts in cents?
