Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

By reviewing your concern, I understand that you want to filter the data using
an 'OR' operator with the WHERE clause. I would like to inform you that the
WHERE clause specifies conditions to apply when filtering data for the request.
When using the WHERE clause, one or more conditions can be specified using only
'AND' operators to separate them. I would suggest you to refer to this link for
more information regarding the query structure.

Hope this helps. If you have any more queries, please feel free to get back to
us.

Thanks,

Google Ads API Team
