I understand that you want to retrieve the 'Audience segment type' from the Google Ads API. Kindly note that 'Audience segment type' is not yet supported in the API. I will raise a request to add this feature to be available in the Google Ads API. We cannot provide a scheduled timeline for the availability of this feature in the Google Ads API.
