I would recommend you to check this Code Example on Get Campaigns to fetch the details of all campaigns by using the PHP client library. If you encounter an API error while implementation, kindly provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end and the uncropped UI screenshot of the report that you are trying to fetch via the Google Ads API.
