Hi Chris, You can create an MCC as described in http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=22531. Then signup for API as described in http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=15104. Finally, link your child account under the newly created MCC as described in http://adwords.google.com/support/aw/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=7732.
