Hi Team,

I am also facing the same issue. I requested for Basic Access token two 
times in last 20 days and still waiting for response. 

I also fill the Support contact form where I get a message "The Google Ads 
API Compliance team has received your ticket. We will be in contact with 
you as soon as possible."

Can someone please guide me to proceed further.

Account Number :  612-356-7007
Case Id : Not generated in both attempts (Just got a message on request 
submission "team with contact with you in 3 working days")
