If you look at the developer document of Google ads, keyword_view and
display_keyword_view exist. I saw this and saw that keyword_view means a
keyword corresponding to a Google search advertisement. However, when you
look up keyword_view, the advertisement keyword in the form of a Google
display is also looked up, and some keywords are not looked up or viewed,
making it difficult to understand consistency. What is the exact meaning of
this keyword_view?

Also, when I look up keywords in google search, keyword_view looks up all
the search words that users can search for and come in, even though I
didn't register it, if match_type is BROAD. Is there a way to look up
exactly the keywords I registered?

I would appreciate it if you could let me know if there's anything I'm
mistaken about.
