to fetch to conversion status per conversion action through the Google Ads API.
You can use the below query to get the conversion status per conversion action:

conversion_action.type, conversion_action.status,
conversion_action.owner_customer FROM conversion_action WHERE
conversion_action.id = {conversion_action.id }"
You can try making a request using the Method: customers.googleAds.search.
Also, you can use Query Builder to create your query and Query Validator to
validate your query.
