Hello, I've applied for Google API Basic Access on behalf of my company several times, but have no heard back. The earliest application was submitted on 01/19/24, and the latest was around 02/04/24.
My MCC ID : 688-696-8709 I did not receive any case ID info or confirmation email for any of the applications. Also I have submitted two ticket to the Compliance team through: https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api However, I did not receive any case ID's or confirmation email for that either. I know that this isn't the right group for this request, but I didn't see any other options available. The Google rep working with my company cannot assist without the Case ID either. The application is time-sensitive and will impact my company if delayed.
