We have been seeking access to the Google Basic credential since mid December. I understand that your team has been impacted by changes at Google but the lengthy delay has been extremely expensive for our small business. We have clients who need our services but we cannot bill them until this issue is resolved. Is there a way that this can be addressed with greater urgency? Thank you for your help.
