Please refer to this example GAQL query on how to retrieve Locations using the Google Ads API. You may use the geographic_view report. Geographic View includes all metrics aggregated at the country level, one row per country. It reports metrics at either the actual physical location of the user or an area of interest. If other segment fields are used, you may get more than one row per country. Also, you can use the user_location_view resource, it reports metrics at the actual physical location of the user by targeted or not targeted location. If other segment fields are used, you may get more than one row per country.
