We have been attempting to create a billing account for almost a week, we kept getting errors with our card despite Google successfully checking the card, we then tried to connect our bank account we have received two emails now telling us the account is linked and to continue to setup the billing account, the second arrived hours ago.
When we go to create the billing account we get the same error over and over, your chatbot sends us round in circles, your sales contact in the chatbot does not work we give it all our information and then it just freezes on connecting. This is absolutely insane! This issue has stopped our development for over a week and we are now DEMANDING that we speak to someone because nothing that we have tried has enabled to get past this insane bug in your system!
