To find the list of all campaigns and the amount for each campaign via the API.
Kindly refer to the below sample query:

You can try making a request using the Method: customers.googleAds.search and
Method: customers.googleAds.searchStream.
Also, you can use Query Builder to create your query and Query Validator to
validate your query.
