Hello, I'm reaching out for some advice regarding an ongoing issue. About a month ago, I submitted a form for Standard Access and have engaged in multiple discussions under compliance ticket ID 9-2524000036525, explaining why our tool should not be governed by the RMF policy.
Our tool offers specialized, limited functionality and is not capable of creating, managing, or modifying campaigns, ad groups, or ads. Despite multiple communications, we haven't received a clear response (After our last email, sent more than a week ago, we have not received reply at all) from the compliance team. Has anyone experienced similar issues? How to mangae to get a response? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
