Hi Gerard,

SearchQuery report exposes an AdGroup Id too, so you can request that
field as well in your reports and then use it to figure out which
adGroup to add your keywords to. See
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/appendix/reports.html#search-query
for more details.

In general, it is not possible to figure out the adGroupid just from
the campaign name alone, since a campaign can have multiple adgroups.
