Hi Joe,

A STATS request should always include the
RelatedToKeywordSearchParameter.  Currently the documentation says
that SeedAdGroupIdSearchParameter is supported for STATS requests, but
I believe that is incorrect, and I'll work with the engineering team
to resolve that.
