I would request you to share the Google Ads customer ID and ad ID to check it from our end. The logs which you have shared are redacted, so I wold request yo to share the complete API logs (request and response logs with request-id and request header) generated at your end and uncropped UI screenshot of the Google Ads account (with visible customer ID) of where you are facing the issue.
