Hello, The double quotation mark is the standard way to escape quotes in CSV files. If you use any standard CSV parser it should handle it fine. The team did this as a permanent fix rather than manually fixing the file as they had in previous iterations. This message is in relation to case "ref:!00D1U01174p.!5004Q02vF9oA:ref" (ADR-00264006)
