201003 had the ability to opt in / out of AutoKeywordMatchingStatus ( http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/v201003/CampaignService.Campaign.html#autoKeywordMatchingStatus ).
Is this option is no longer available in 201008? If so, what is the default value?
