I'm implementing conversion goals and campaign objectives in Google Ads
API, but neither applyConversionGoals() nor setCampaignObjective() are
being applied.

*API Version:* Google Ads API V18
-
*SDK:* PHP

*Issue Details:*
- applyConversionGoals() does not appear to apply the conversion goals
successfully.
- setCampaignObjective() is not found in the latest API.
- No errors are thrown, but the expected behavior is not reflected in
the campaign settings.

*Questions:*
1. Are there specific conditions required for applyConversionGoals() to
work?
2. Is there a workaround to set campaign-level conversion goals since
setCampaignObjective() seems unavailable?
3. Has anyone successfully implemented conversion goals at the
campaign level using the API?
I’d appreciate any insights or working code examples!
