In order to assist you further, kindly provide us your customer Id and campaign 
Id. By the statement “the client notified us that his campaign has not been 
displayed at all.”, does it mean that your client is not receiving impressions 
for the campaign or does it mean that the campaign is not getting displayed in 
the Google Ads UI account. Kindly elaborate more on your issue.
