Hi Michael, Automatic placements derive from the keywords in an ad group, so it makes sense that this information would be in a keyword report. Managed placement however don't derive from keywords, they are configured via placements (URLs). Therefore it makes sense that they wouldn't appear in a keyword report. As I mentioned before, if you want high level performance data about an account you can use the ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. Likewise, there are many other reports that will include data from both keyword and placement triggered clicks.
