Please be informed that enabling the lead form extension setting at the campaign level is not supported as per the documentation of the Google Ads API. I would like to inform you that you can create lead form asset extensions and associate them with your campaigns by referring to this guide Assets. Kindly note that I will raise a request for this feature to become available in the Google Ads API. However, I cannot provide a scheduled timeline for its availability in the API.
