Hi Google Ads API Team,
I’m experiencing an issue where my OAuth user cannot access sub-MCC or 
client accounts via the Google Ads API, even though the user has direct 
access in the UI.
Details:

   - Top-level MCC: 6019969454
   - Sub-MCC: (example: ends in 6980)
   - Client Account: (example: ends in 9037)
   - OAuth user email: mark.igna...@gokopa.com
   - The OAuth user is directly added (not just inherited) to both the 
   sub-MCC and the client account, with “Standard” or “Admin” access.
   - All invitations have been accepted, and the user is listed as “Active” 
   in “Access and security.”
   - It’s been over 24 hours since access was granted.
   - When I call listAccessibleCustomers, the API only returns the 
   top-level MCC:

   - When I try to fetch campaigns for the sub-MCC or client account, the 
   API returns an empty array.
   - The same OAuth user can see and manage these accounts in the Google 
   Ads UI.
   - What I’ve Tried:
   - Revoked and re-granted OAuth consent (new refresh token each time).
   - Waited over 24 hours for access propagation.
   - Confirmed the OAuth user is “Active” in all relevant accounts.
   - Confirmed the correct OAuth scopes are used:
   https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
   https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email
   https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile
   openid
   - No pending invitations.
   
   *Request:*
   - Can you check on the backend why the API does not recognize the OAuth 
   user as having access to the sub-MCC and client account?
   - Is there any known issue or additional step required to have these 
   accounts appear in resource_names and allow campaign fetching via the API?
