We recommend using target and budget adjustments to achieve your desired performance. In addition, we don’t recommend the use of data exclusions <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/campaigns/bidding/data-exclusions> or seasonality adjustments <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/campaigns/bidding/seasonality-adjustments> either.
