We have offline conversions that ARE conversions with clickID's and everything is successful on our end with our logs. We've even had successful CSV uploads for conversions, but nothing is populating inside of the google ads UI.
It's been 4 days and still no data. Even when we export the "Results" CSV from the upload history, it tells us which ones are #OK and they still don't show up. There is clearly a bug. Has anyone figured this out?
