I understand that there is no OFFSET clause currently supported by the
API. Just wanted to pose a feature request.
In the meantime, in my personal repository I will extend my GAQL parser
for supporting an OFFSET clause and skip the corresponding number of
returned rows. However, this is not be solving the original issue as it
will retain the current unnecessary strain on Google servers and
internet connection.
