Yes, I confirm that the audience segment of type ‘YouTube User’ is not supported in the API and such features are not usually added in the API either. The UI provides such mapping to help UI users, whereas the expectation from developers is that they build these validations themselves. You have to manually look at the UI to create the mapping between UserListType. You may refer to this Visitors to Your Website guide for more information. I hope this clarifies your concern.
