*Subject: Standard Access Application repeatedly rejected despite provided 
information - Ticket [1-6662000039887]*

Hello everyone,

I'm facing difficulties getting approval for *Standard Access Application* 
to the Google Ads API and would like to share my situation to see if anyone 
has experienced something similar.

*The problem:* My application was rejected with the justification that 
information is missing about:

   1. *Types of API calls* that will be made (Reporting, 
   Creation/management, KeywordPlanIdeaService, etc.) 
   2. *Type of tool access* (internal users/employees only or external 
   users/clients) 

*However:* All this information was provided in detail both in the *attached 
document* and in *item 6 of the form*, where I specifically described how I 
intend to use the application, including the types of calls and the 
audience that will have access.

I've received the same rejection email more than once, even after reviewing 
and resubmitting with the requested information. The system seems not to be 
recognizing the answers that have already been provided.

*My questions:*

   - Has anyone experienced this rejection loop situation? 
   - Is there a specific format or additional field where this information 
   should be entered? 
   - Is there any way to ensure the reviewer sees the attached document and 
   complete item 6?
