Hi ! 

Even though the automatic migration is supposed to be completed (as stated 
in this blog post 
<https://ads-developers.googleblog.com/2025/07/what-you-need-to-know-about-business.html>),
 
we still have campaigns that get migrated automatically to enabling brand 
guidelines without any action from us (besides creating a second asset 
group in the same performance max campaign). It goes without saying that 
when creating the campaigns, we disable brand guidelines explicitly.

Is the automatic migration a permanent feature ?
