238df248cbadbe4e54bc06f36eac7d03 is the change response for a campaign that had no changes in the time frame requested yet there are 7 adgroups listed (out of 30 paused and active adgroups associated with that campaign) in the changedAdGroups list. The adgroups are not listed as changed so whey are they listed at all?
