Hi Ashish, v201008 introduces a few new services, but other than that, it is backward compatible with v200909. So the migration mapping from v13 to v201008 would be the same as the one I shared.
Can you let me know which programming language you are using? It may be a good idea to take a look at our client libraries at http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/clientlibraries.html and see if one of them suits your needs.
