When running MANAGED_PLACEMENTS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT with these fields: AdGroupId, AveragePosition, CampaignId, Clicks, ConversionsManyPerClick, Cost, Date, Id, Impressions, PreferredPosition, QualityScore
Using your Java library (ver 8.2.1) I got values '--' of all ' highestPosition' column attributes of rows. e.g. <row ... highestPosition='--' ... /> Those rows have some impressions, which means a ad appears on a website of placement. On the website, is there order of the ads, which effect the highestPosition ? What exact meaning of the value '--' ?
