I get a QUOTA_EXCEEDED Exception, even when I try to read one campaign by ID, while my AdWords account is completely empty. I used to be able to create Campaigns programmatically with the very same code. All of a sudden, although I am making a few calls a day (testing), I started to get this QUOTA_EXCEEDED. I started today again, in the hope it gets reset each day or even each months (today is 1st of February), I even made payments in advance on the account. Yet on the first call into reading a campaign or creating an empty campaign (with no AdGroups yet and no ads yet), I get QUOTA_EXCEEDED. What other reasons can there be for this error, since this has nothing to do with the amount of calls I am doing (per minute or second or whatever period) ???
