Hello, thank you for your help. I solved the problem by myself.
While adding the ProximityTarget i filled out the variable "address" with the needed address. But i also put the geoPoint in and so i tryed to comment the address out and it worked. It seems as there was the problem. Now every address is just working fine. As you can see in my logs (post before) the geoPoint was allready found so i came to this solution.
