I'd like to begin using an Adwords API and obtain a developer token as it required. But following the instructions in help center (https:// adwords.google.com/support/aw/adwordsapi/bin/answer.py? hl=en&answer=15104) i tried to sign up throug the my account and API center. But in my personal account settings, i can't find such tab. It's kind of weird.
