Hi Johan, Make sure you are logged into your MCC account and not your AdWords account. An MCC account should have a "My Client Center" tab in it.
Once you are within your MCC account, navigate to My Account->AdWords API Center and follow the instructions on that page to get your AdWords API tokens. Cheers, Anash P. Oommen, AdWords API Advisor.
