Hello Gentlemen! I am trying to create my first application with Adwords API and getting the following error:
INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_LATEST_NETAPI_TNC_NOT_AGREED Yes, I have googled for this error and found out that to prevent it I need to set up billing and agree some terms. But a problem is that I am a programmer and I dont know how to check whether this conditions were satisfied by managers. And they dont know too because they are short on knowledge on this details.
