Hey guys - The past week or so (seems to be since the latest release, but can't say that definitively) we have seen a significant increase in the number of ConcurrentModification exceptions thrown while updating Keywords (in particular, when updating their destinationURLs). I've already got a retry loop around my api invocation that will retry 3 times before giving up - and we're hitting the "giving up" stage way more frequently now. Is this a known issue? Is there more info I can give you to dig into it further?
