What does it mean when ones gets the error "You don't have permission to perform this action." when attempting to link for API access? I don't get the error if I link for "User Interface and API". Does a "User Interface and API" link have to be present before an "API only" link can be established? Or does this error indicate that there is already an "API only" link?
